  • Communication- ability to effectively exchange information with stakeholders.
  • Effective communication- understanding the message, the audience, and how it is perceived. This also includes circumstances surrounding the communication and adjusting for context.
  • Non-verbal communication- Awareness of body language. Examples include facial expressions, gestures, and body language.
  • Tone- Awareness of volume, projection, intonation, and word choice when speaking.
