An ice sculpting event in Niles, Ohio, was part of a class for two Kent State Hospitality Management courses.

Kent State University students from two courses within Kent State's hospitality and event management program took part in an ice sculpting exhibition outside the Eastwood Mall Event Centre in Niles, Ohio, on Sunday.  The event, which takes place annually, features professional ice sculptors and Kent State students learning and practicing the craft.  Mandy Ulicney, an associate lecturer for Kent State's hospitality and event management program, told the Tribune Chronicle that many students in the program participate in the ice-sculpting demonstration.  “We incorporate th...
