Group Tours

Schedule A Group Tour

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group tour at Kent State University. Group tour reservations for the Spring 2024 semester are closed. We will start accepting requests for Summer 2024 on June 1.

Groups planning to visit campus should follow these guidelines:  

• Reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance. 
• Group visits will include a 20-minute presentation from an admissions representative, a Q&A session and a guided, walking tour of campus. 
• We offer group visits on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 
• Students should be in grades 9-12. 
• We can accommodate groups of up to 40 students. 
• There must be at least one chaperone for every 10 students.
