Kent State’s Flashternships program is a great way to connect with potential future members of your organization. This is a short-term, immersive experience that connects KSU students to your organization.
Flashternships:
- This 1-5 day experience is exploratory in nature, enabling students early access to career opportunities and the ability to ask questions.
- Students travel to your worksite and learn more about the work you and your colleagues perform.
- Students learn the value of networking and you build connections for your future talent pipeline.
