2023 Impact Awards

The Arc Institute is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2023 Impact Award: Dr. Catrina Johnson of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship and Dr. Kristenne Robison of the Department of Sociology and Criminology for their proposal, "Pledge to Practice: Examining Organization’s Commitment to Hiring and Retaining Individuals with Criminal Records" and Dr. Francisco Torres of the School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies and Dr. Astrid Sambolín Morales of the School of Foundations, Leadership and Administration for their proposal, "Future Dreaming: Coalition Building with BIPOC Youth and Families for Empathy, Critical Engagement, and Praxis toward Educational Reform". 

2023 Small Grant Awards

The Arc Institute is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2023 Small Grant Award: Dr. Shana Klein of the School of Art for their proposal, "Spoiled Milk: The Politics of Race and Motherhood in American Art" and Dr. Kayon Hall of the College of Education, Health and Human Services for their proposal, "Black and Undocumented: An Exploration of the Role of Anti-Blackness in Shaping the Experience of Black Undocumented Collegians".
