Lourdes Mendoza

Lourdes Mendoza is an accomplished design leader with proven experience building and inspiring creative teams. She has been part of executive teams for specialty and Fortune 500 companies such as Gap, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, Kohl’s, White House Black Market, and Macy’s where she met profit and business goals.

She has traveled extensively in the Far East, Europe, Turkey and Mexico sourcing, developing textiles, and partnering with factories facilitating creative design solutions.

As an industry leader, teaching and coaching have been the bedrock of her career. She taught at Parsons School of Design in the BFA Fashion Design program.

Lourdes believes in applying entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking when creating collections and product development processes.

Lourdes holds a MPS in Fashion Management from Parsons School of Design, where she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, BFA in Fashion Design from Stephens College, and AAS in Clay, Metal &Textile from The New School.
