Kent Blossom Art Intensives: The First 10 Years

Kent Blossom Art intensives: The First Ten Years, Highlights from the School of Art Collection, image: Alex Katz, "Late July" Lithograph

Since 1968, the School of Art has been conducting studio art intensives during the summers where visiting artists travel to Kent State to teach and mentor a select group of students. In this exhibition, artworks from the School of Art Collection created by visiting artists who participated during the first decade of the Kent Blossom Art program (1968-1977) will be on display.  Join us to celebrate 50 years of Kent Blossom Art Intensives!

The CVA Gallery is the main School of Art Gallery, located on the first floor of the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA).
