Thursday, April 5, 2018 - 5:00pm to Friday, April 6, 2018 - 6:45pm

Symbiosis: Fashion and Art integrates fashion design and print media in a collection of garments and artworks. The motivation for the project is to integrate two artistic fields that often use similar tools, studio environments, and design skills, but  ultimately create distinctive outcomes with different audiences. Effective collaborations between fashion and print media can motivate students to transfer their ideas between the two dimensional art pieces and three dimensional wearable garments.
