Clone of Partnerships

Kent State University’s work in Rwanda is built on a foundation of long-term collaboration and shared priorities in education, workforce development and global engagement.

The partnership has evolved through sustained engagement with government ministries, higher education institutions and industry leaders to support Rwanda’s national development goals and expand global academic exchange.

In January 2023, Dr. Marcello Fantoni, Vice President for Global Education, met with H.E. President Paul Kagame to expand academic cooperation, building on existing initiatives across multiple sectors.
