This short documentary showcases the historic collaboration between Emeritus Professor of Music Halim El-Dabh of Kent State University and Martha Graham, founder of the world-renowned Martha Graham Dance Company.
The company, under the artistic direction of Janet Eilber, recently performed at Kent State's E. Turner Stump Theatre, concluding with Act II of Graham’s only full-evening work Clytemnestra that was composed by El-Dabh.

The events of May 4, 1970, placed Kent State University in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded.
