This award is given to the author(s) who contributed the highest-rated and most well-received article from the past year’s issues of the Educational Procurement Journal. Ms. Cook-Euell’s winning article “10 Steps to Successful Advocacy in Supplier Diversity” was featured in the journal’s spring 2017 issue.
