The University Communications and Marketing Department is made up of more than 30 professionals who serve as a treasure house of knowledge on Kent State University and its brand identity.

These individuals bring with them extensive experience from the private sector, not-for-profit organizations, agencies, broadcast media and publishing houses. The strong and varied backgrounds of University Communications and Marketing’s employees allows the department to build teams to assist you in strategizing and meeting your communications needs and marketing goals while integrating the overall marketing plan of the university.
