Wellness Response to H1N1 Team Hosts Table at Student Center on Oct. 22Posted Oct, 19, 2009
A group of Kent State University employees have organized a Wellness Response to H1N1 Team. The goal of the group is to help students who are feeling stress and anxiety relating to issues about the H1N1 flu. On Thursday, Oct. 22, the Wellness Response to H1N1 Team will host a table in the Kent Student Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
At the table, students can learn about stress management tips, talk to counselors, receive information and get free giveaway items. In addition, therapy dogs from D.O.C. (Dogs on Campus), a pet therapy program for college students headed by Kent State Assistant Professor Kathy Adamle, will be on hand.
