Dr. Janet Currie, Princeton University, will lecture on “Inequality at Birth: Some Causes and Consequences”

JanetCurrieDr. Janet Currie, Henry Putnam Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at Princeton University, is visiting Kent State University on October 15 & 16 as part of the Phi Beta Kappa Visiting Scholar Program. Dr. Currie will meet informally with students and faculty members, take part in classroom discussions, and give a public lecture open to the entire academic community and general public.

The public lecture, which is free and open to all, will take place in the College of Business Administration Building, room 100, at 7:00 pm.  

The College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business Administration and College of Public Health are sponsoring the visit and lecture.
