Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Kent State University is studying provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to determine its effect on the number of hours worked in relation to health care eligibility. At this time, the University is awaiting guidelines from the federal government. These guidelines are expected to be released in June 2013.
