Kent State Commemorates May 4, Dedicates May 4 Visitors Center
Kent State University held its 43rd annual commemoration of May 4, 1970, with events taking place May 2-5, 2013. Oscar-winning director Oliver Stone and acclaimed anchor/moderator Gwen Ifill helped dedicate the new May 4 Visitors Center, located on the first floor of Taylor Hall.

May 4 Visitors Center to be Dedicated
Special guests, Academy Award winning director, Oliver Stone, and PBS Newshour co-anchor, Gwen Ifill, will be at Kent State to celebrate the dedication of the new May 4 Visitors Center.
Two free events will be held in University Auditorium, Cartwright Hall, on May 4, 2013. For more details visit the May 4 Visitors Center website.
