We are thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of the Design Innovation Hub.  Design Innovation is about working together, across disciplines to tackle challenging problems.

The Innovation Teaching Kitchen is an important component of the DI Hub as it’s a unique makerspace in which students can learn and demonstrate that dynamic, design innovation happens everywhere – in technology – fashion – art and yes, in delicious cuisine.

The Hospitality Management program at Kent State is a leading undergraduate program in Ohio and the only one in the state with accreditation from the ACPHA – the accrediting body for hospitality administration programs.  This new Innovation Teaching Kitchen partnership with DI provides a top-of-the-line facility for the program’s students.
