If you would like to use your departmental index to pay for services at the IRC, please visit the following link and complete the required fields, then allow 1-2 business days for the account to be setup. In addition, wait for confirmation from the IRC staff that your account has been created prior to sending anyone in to charge to the account. The IRC also needs to regularly update Department Charge Authorization Forms to verify account numbers and authorized users. This information is required prior to charging your department for instructional materials. The IRC can only charge to departmental accounts, not grants. The departmental contact is able to add or delete names by accessing and editing the Google Sheet which was shared when the account was created.
