Biography

Dr. Julee Henry is the Director of Technology and Instructional Resources at Kent State University, where she has managed the Instructional Resource Center (IRC) for over 16 years. She is also the visionary behind the creation of the Learning Innovations Lab, a space designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and the integration of emerging technologies into education. Additionally, Dr. Henry serves as the Chair of the Technology Advisory Council in the College of Education, Health, and Human Services (EHHS), where she provides strategic guidance on technology initiatives and innovations. 

Dr. Henry's teaching experience complements her leadership role, blending practical educational expertise with a strategic focus on innovation. She excels in collaboration, effective communication, problem-solving, and resource management, consistently achieving measurable results. 

Under her leadership, the IRC and Learning Innovations Lab have become models for technology-driven solutions, providing exemplary programs, professional development opportunities, and support for online and in-person learning. Known for her adaptability and forward-thinking approach, Dr. Henry continues to enhance university operations and contributes valuable feedback on institutional projects and initiatives.
