Welcome to the Office of Graduate Student Services website.
Our office is a full student service office which provides support for students' progress throughout their programs. This includes maintaining student records, and clearing students for graduation in the College of Education, Health, & Human Services.

"The Guidelines for Preparation of Theses and Dissertations are designed to assist students and typists to maintain the high degree of accuracy and consistency which are hallmarks of well-written documents. Prior to the thesis/dissertation process, students should familiarize themselves with the procedures described in the guidelines. It is assumed that the guidelines will be used in conjunction with the approved style guide.
Theses and dissertations follow American Psychological Association, 6th ed. as their reference guide. The University Libraries provides an APA Cheat Sheet giving you some of the highlights of this edition. An appointment made by KSU to full-time graduates who display a high level of scholarship and academic excellence. The award is merit based, not need-based, and includes stipend and tuition.
