Welcome to the Office of Graduate Student Services website. Our office is a full student service office which provides support for students' progress throughout their programs. This includes providing admissions support, maintaining student records, and clearing students for graduation in the College of Education, Health, & Human Services.

Our website has been designed to help current and prospective students find the  information they need. If you cannot find the information you are seeking, please feel free to contact the staff in the Office of Graduate Student Services. We will be more than happy to help you.

GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF THESES AND DISSERTATIONS

"The Guidelines for Preparation of Theses and Dissertations are designed to assist students and typists maintain the high degree of accuracy and consistency, which are the hallmarks of well-written documents. Prior to the thesis/dissertation process, students should familiarize themselves with the procedures described in the guidelines. It is assumed that the guidelines will be used in conjunction with the approved style guide.

Theses and dissertations follow American Psychological Association, 6th ed. as their reference guide. The University Libraries provides an APA Cheat Sheet giving you some of the highlights of this edition. GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIP APPLICATION

An appointment made by KSU to full-time graduates who display a high level of scholarship and academic excellence. The award is merit-based, not need-based, and includes stipend and tuition.
