When I submitted my recommendation early, the ballots were not accessible to the faculty member. Those should be viewable 10 days from letter posting in event of an appeal
The system was set up in a manner that Chairs and Directors evaluations were to post on the due date given in the guidelines. Chairs and Directors were to notify faculty their evaluation and ballots would be viewable at that time. A time stamp in the system indicates when the letter and evaluation was posted.
