Balance Your Studies, Build in Time for Other Activities

  • Don't forget to exercise. If you are on campus, be sure to use the resources around you. Stop by the Student Recreation and Wellness Center where you can check out a Flashfleet bicycle, walk the Portage Hike and Bike Trail, hit the track near University Health Services, use the volleyball net at Beal Hall, in addition to other spots around campus. Walking instead of taking the bus is always an option too. 
  • Don't forget to eat! All that studying with no fuel is an equation for disaster. Plan your meals ahead of time at one of Kent State's dining locations, that accommodate just about any dietary need or restriction.
  • In a rush? Locate the food truck called A Fork in the Road!
