JOB DESCRIPTION:
I assist in implementing research development activities for our scholars. I also facilitate professional advancement and academic progress seminars that focus on preparing our scholars for entrance into graduate school. The ultimate goal is for our scholars to attain their Ph.D. within ten years of earning their undergraduate degrees.
