Last week the Division of People, Culture and Belonging launched the 2025 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. As you may recall, Kent State University switched platforms this past fall from viDesktop to PageUp Performance. Training manuals and video resources are available on the performance evaluation webpage. In-person trainings are also available, and employees may reach out to the Performance Management team at performance@kent.edu with any questions.
