Here are some frequently asked questions:

What are the opening hours of the Eastway distribution center? 

You can pick up your package that have been placed in a locker 24/7. Oversized/overflow packages and mail can be picked up in the Eastway distribution service desk.  The distribution services desk is located right next to the lockers and is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday - Friday 

What address do I use for my packages and mail? 

To ensure timely delivery of your mail/package please make sure to address your orders with your name and full residence hall address, see example below 

How will I know my package or mail has arrived? 

You will receive an email notifying you that your package and/or mail has arrived and is ready for pickup. You will be directed to pick up your package either from a locker or the distribution services desk for oversized/overflow packages.  The distribution services desk is located next to the lockers and is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday – Friday. 

When you receive notification from Amazon, Lazership, Walmart, etc., stating that your package was delivered, that means we have received the package but have yet to process it. You have to wait for an email from Eastway Distribution Center to pick up your package.  

When will my parcel be delivered to a locker? 

Only packages will be placed in a locker for pickup.  Your mail will be available for pickup at the distribution services desk during opening hours.  The central distribution services desk is located next to the lockers and is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

How do I transport heavy/large packages back to my dorm room? 

You can check out a cart from your local area desk before you head over to pick up your package. 

Can all students use the Eastway Center package and mail distribution center? 

The distribution center in Eastway will have two sets of lockers.  One set of lockers that only manages residence hall student packages and one set of Amazon lockers that all students can use.
