Participate in Project GRAD and establish a virtual mentorship with a high school student in Akron Public Schools. All mentors will receive comprehensive training and continuous individualized support and will commit to meeting with mentees once a week through electronic platforms during the 2020-2021 school year.
Mentors will help mentees increase their personal motivation, develop their sense of resilience, realize social and academic achievement, and actualize their plans for life after high school graduation.
