Associate Director for Research & Evaluation, Flora Stone Mather Center for Women at Case Western University; Founder & Executive Director, Limitless Ambition, Inc.

Alicia Robinson has a limitless ambition to empower women in Northeast Ohio. The first-generation college graduate’s drive is inspired in part by her personal journey and from observing the impact of mass incarceration and gun violence in the community around her. She walked away from a career in fashion to pursue her passion and now serves as the Associate Director for Research and Evaluation at the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women at Case Western Reserve University. In this role, she oversees the center’s research initiatives, women’s leadership summits and the evaluation of the center's programs for continuous improvement.

Additionally, Alicia grew the seed of an idea into Limitless Ambition, a fully-functioning non-profit organization that changes the way young women dream of their futures. She serves as Limitless Ambition’s Executive Director, which has reached over 3,000 young women and girls through teen enrichment programs and women’s empowerment events.

Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University. She currently serves on the Greater Akron Chamber Women’s Leadership Council and the Akron Urban League Young Professionals Leadership Team. Alicia's work has not gone unnoticed. She has won various awards including the 2019 Akron Women's Network Emerging Leader Award, the 2019 Crain's Cleveland Notable Women in Entrepreneurship Award, and the 2017 Greater Akron Chamber 30 for the Future Award. Alicia was also the recent recipient of the 2020 Athena Young Professional Award!
