Info You Need to Know: 

Have you completed the 2019- 2020 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)? KSU has a FAFSA priority filing date of February 1. The One Stop will provide personal assistance with FAFSA completion & the KSU Scholarship Application now through February 1 during the hours of 9-11am and 2-4pm. Students can ‘Check Into the Flash Q’ via the QLess app, on the website, or in person at the One Stop. When checking in, select the FAFSA Help option.


What to Bring to complete the FAFSA:

  • FSA ID username and password
  • Social Security card and driver’s license if applicable
  • Alien Registration Card (If applicable)
  • 2017 Federal Tax Return for student and parent (if applicable)
  • 2017 W-2 form and other records of income
  • Records of untaxed income received in 2017
  • Current bank statements and records of stocks, bonds
  • Business or farm records (if applicable)


Special Announcement: Congratulations to the families of Fall Semester 2018 Graduates! Your students may now be curious about the following: Fall 2018 diploma pick up will be January 28th-30th  in room 108 Schwartz Center. Only degree recipients will be permitted to pick up diplomas and a photo id or passport will be required. All remaining diplomas will be mailed on January 31, 2019 to the graduates permanent or diploma address. If you have any additional questions or special requests, please email grad services at

Special Announcement: 2018 1098-T Tax Information will be available in FlashLine by January 25th. You will find it in FlashLine under student/finances/tuition tax forms. The 1098-T tax forms are only available in FlashLine and will not be mailed. Please note, that the 1098-T tax information captures the tuition payments for the 2018 calendar year. Students will be notified of the 2018 1098-T availability via their KSU email.
