Q1: When will I receive my refund check for Summer semester? 
A1: Financial aid pays toward a student’s balance no sooner than 10 days prior to the start of the term per federal regulation and guidelines. Once the financial aid pays to the student’s account, the refund processing begins which typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Once processed, refunds are sent to the student’s BankMobile Refund Preference. The student must visit this website to set-up their BankMobile Refund Preference. If the student does not have a personal code, select Need a Code on the website and one will be provided. Click here for more information.

Q2: When can I pick up my Spring 2018 diploma?

A2: Congratulations on your recent graduation! Spring 2018 and/or diploma cover pick up will be at 108 Schwartz Center June 18-20, 2018 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.  Only degree recipients will be permitted to pick up diplomas.  A photo ID or passport will be required. Remaining diplomas will be mailed from the Registrar's Office on June 21, 2018 to the graduate's diploma address (if identified) or permanent address in FlashLine. Diplomas will be mailed upon final approval to the graduate’s diploma address approximately 8-10 weeks following the ceremony.
