Billing statements, or your eBill, are documents generated on a monthly basis to reflect changes upon a student's account. Billing statements are accessed via a student's FlashLine account. If a parent, guardian or advocate has been granted authorized user access by their student, they can access the billing statement through our site. By watching the video below, students can understand the process for accessing their billing statement and understanding its contents.

How to Share Your eBill (Authorized User Access)

Students may authorize a designated parent, guardian, or advocate, the ability to log into the online payment site to make payments on their behalf. With this access, authorized users will be able to make online payments and view billing statements that have been issued to the student. How to Create a Monthly Payment Plan

Kent State University has partnered with Flywire to offer students the option to enroll in a monthly payment plan. This plan is only available during the fall and spring semesters, and is established through a student's FlashLine account. Please note that there are no monthly payment plan options available for summer semesters. By watching the below video, students can understand the process of creating a monthly payment plan.

How to Select Your Refund Preference

Kent State University has partnered with BankMobile to process student refunds. A refund may be generated if the student has excess financial aid or payments above what they owe to the university. Not all students will qualify or receive a refund. What is the Student Legal Services Fee?

At Kent State University, students are assessed a Legal Services Fee for each semester. This fee allows students the ability to seek counsel with the Student Legal Services team. Not all students want to partake in this service and pay for the fee. By watching this video, students can understand the process for opting out of the Legal Services Fee.
