Fall 2021 Billing and Payment Information

The Fall 2021 Semester tuition and fees charges are currently visible on student accounts. The next official invoice (eBill) containing a breakdown of these charges will be issued on October 19, after 5 p.m. Check your email for the notification of the invoice (eBill). The email notification will include steps on how to access these invoices (eBills).

Important Dates to Mark On Your Calendar

  • Tuesday, October 19: Fall 2021 Semester invoices (eBills) will be issued (after 5 p.m.). Check your email for the notification of the invoice (eBill)
  • Friday, November 5: Fall 2021 Semester payment due date
  • Monday, November 8: Fall 2021 holds and late fees are applied to past due balances.

Tuition Insurance

At Kent State University, we believe it’s important to offer an easy, affordable way to protect the investment you and your family have made in higher education.  That is why Kent State University has partnered with GradGuardTM to provide our students and their families with tuition insurance.
The Tuition Protection Plan offered by GradGuard supplements Kent State University’s tuition credit policy  by reimbursing students for tuition, room, board, and other fees for covered withdrawals such as illness, injury, mental health disorder, the death of tuition payer, etc., at any time during the semester.  The Tuition Protection Plan also comes with Student Life Assistance, a 24-hour hotline to help students stay safe on and off campus.
