On June 10, join the Faculty and Staff Ombuds for Listen Like You Mean It, a lively, hands-on session where we’ll explore more deeply the skills introduced in the Foundations of Communications workshop. What does it mean to listen with intention from body language and tone of voice (paraverbals), to the power of paraphrasing and summarizing. Through interactive practice and real-world scenarios, you’ll learn how to tune in, respond thoughtfully, and build trust and connections.
