Monthly Reporting
Monthly Meetings will be led by the Budget Manager with the department’s Administrative Support person to do the following:
- Develop uniformity as a division.
- Review monthly budget reconciliation. (Shadow System)
- Update policies and procedures related to the University, Division, and day-to-day operations.
- Discuss ways to improve the budgeting process for the Division.
- Clarify usage of Banner Index Numbers and Commodity Codes in addition to making sure all other budgeting items are done accurately and succinctly.
