To thank those who take the survey, there will be random drawings for thank-you gifts. Survey participants who opt to enter can provide an email address at the end of the survey. This contact information will not be stored with or connected in any way to survey responses, which will remain confidential.

Students

Enter to win: 

• A $250 Amazon or Kent State Bookstore gift card.
• One of 20 floor tickets to see rapper Wiz Khalifa perform at FlashFest on April 21.
• One of five $50 Kent State Bookstore gift cards.
• Students who have a FLASHperks account can earn 500 FLASHperks.

 Faculty and Staff

• Enter to win a weekend getaway. Winner’s choice of Amish Country, Cleveland, Geneva on the Lake or Kalahari. Two nights of lodging will be provided. Winner will be responsible for the cost of their own transportation and meals.
• Four weekly drawings: one faculty or staff member will be randomly selected each week to win a choice of season tickets to Kent State football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, Porthouse Theatre Summer Series or Kent State Stark Theatre.
