
Mollie Katz
Biography
With over 30 years of experience working in Human Resources in corporate and manufacturing settings, and as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant and Coach, Mollie has depth and breadth of experience developing employees, leaders and teams, from both within and outside of organizations.
Before founding her own learning strategy and business coaching consultancy, Katz enjoyed a positive and lengthy career working for The Lubrizol Corporation in various HR roles. She supported employees and leaders at all levels with talent and organizational development, change management, team development and coaching. Throughout her career, she used her extensive global talent and human resources expertise to partner with business leaders to support their strategic goals in all areas of talent management. Her key contributions included accelerating performance capability with learning solutions and development programs, and exploring best-in-class practices for continuous feedback cultures.
Mollie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and completed Masters level coursework in the area of Counseling and Human Services at John Carroll University. She has certification and deep experience with a variety of behavioral and developmental assessments (including SHL Talent Assessments, Occupational Personality Questionnaire – OPQ), Korn Ferry and CCL suite of 360 Feedback Assessments, Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Appreciative Inquiry, and is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
