There are five generations of employees in today’s workplace, creating unprecedented diversity issues and the potential for workplace conflict.  Each generation has a unique definition of good customer service, job satisfaction and work ethic, and offers diverse job assets. These varied perspectives create differing motivations, communication styles and expectations of colleagues and managers.
