    Kelly is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with over 20 years of experience in mental health. Since joining CAPS in 2021 as the Athletic Embedded Mental Health Provider, she has provided counseling, mental performance support, and team-based psychoeducation to student-athletes, addressing concerns like performance anxiety, injury recovery, and the pressures of collegiate athletics. Kelly collaborates with coaches and athletic staff to foster a culture of mental wellness and enhance team dynamics. Her background spans college counseling, private practice, crisis response, and leadership roles in community mental health.
