    Biography

    Phil is a licensed mental health and substance use therapist, in addition to a certified ADHD service provider. Phil joined CAPS in 2023 as the Substance Use Specialist where he oversees programming and efforts to promote alcohol and drug prevention, treatment, and recovery within the Collegiate Recovery Community, in addition to providing direct clinical services to students. Phil has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in community behavioral health agencies as an intensive home-based therapist and clinical supervisor.

    B.S., Psychology, Indiana Wesleyan University 2012 
    M.Ed., Clinical Mental Health Counseling, 2014
