To maintain CBA certification, a minimum of 20 hours per calendar year of continuing education must be completed and documented. For more information on how to retain your certification, please contact Domini Hunt at domini.hunt@development.ohio.gov.
Cancellations and Refund Policy:
All cancellations and requests must be made, in writing, before the date on which an individual registrant's access to CBA courses begins; it will be listed in the confirmation letter. After this date, no cancellations, refunds, substitutions, or transfers of fees will be processed. Requests should be sent to the Office of Continuing Education using one of the following:
