Seon Jeong (Ally) Lee is an Associate Professor at Kent State University. She received a Master of Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Ph.D. in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She teaches a variety of classes including Strategic Lodging Management, Catering Management, Introduction to Hospitality Management, and Cost Control and Analysis. Focusing on service marketing, her research focus includes persuasion strategies, experience marketing, and consumer well-being. Her work appears in such journals as the Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and Journal of Services Marketing.
