| Jan 13 | Spring 2025 classes begin |
| Jan 17 | Last day to apply for May 2025 Graduate graduation |
| Jan 17 | Last day for those graduating May 2025 to file approved dissertation proposal & IRB approval or thesis proposal/project proposal |
| March 10 – 16 | Spring recess (no classes, offices open) |
| March 28 | Final date for EHHS oral defense of graduate level -Dissertation -Thesis -Project |
| March 30 | Last day to withdraw from any/all classes |
| April 11 | Deadline to:
Submit signature pages electronically—Please initiate as soon as successfully passing defense. |
| April 25 |

| May 4 | Spring 2025 Classes End |
| May 5 - 11 | Final Exam week |
| May 8-11 | Check commencement site for exact time and day for Graduate School of EHHS *Please be sure to update diploma address in Flashline |
