The Employee Wellness office is pleased to present its fall speaker series, Reigniting Your Light. This speaker series features topics imperative to support your personal wellbeing. Topics and guest speakers include the following:
Take a mid-day break and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit by taking advantage of our yoga sessions designed exclusively for faculty and staff. Two sessions are offered each week, Tuesdays from 12:15-1 p.m.
