Faculty/Staff Lunchtime Yoga Sessions – Rejuvenate Yourself!
Get On the Move and earn valuable wellness points with lunchtime yoga for faculty and staff. Yoga is offered Tuesdays from 12:15-1 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:15-2 p.m. throughout the spring semester.
These 45-minute sessions are a great way to rejuvenate yourself and take care of your mind, body and spirit. Each session is worth 10 wellness points for those participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program. Space is limited. Registration is required and open for April and May sessions. Simply select each Tuesday or Thursday session from our wellness calendar to be taken to the registration link(s).
A membership is not required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Each session will take place in Studio 1 at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Participants should bring their own mat.
