Take a Break with Lunchtime Yoga – May 9 and 11

Get On the Move and earn valuable wellness points with lunchtime yoga for faculty and staff. Yoga is offered Tuesdays from 12:15 - 1 p.m. and Thursdays from 1:15 - 2 p.m. each semester, including summer. 

These 45-minute sessions are a great way to rejuvenate and take care of one’s mind, body and spirit. Each session is worth 10 wellness points for those participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program. Space is limited and registration is required and open for May and June sessions. Those interested should select each Tuesday or Thursday session they wish to attend from wellness calendar in order to register.  

A membership is not required and all fitness levels are welcome. Each session will take place in Studio 1 at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Participants should bring their own mat.
