Director Walker Returns from 13-Day Trip to India

Dr. Robert A. Walker, Director of the School of Digital Sciences, recently returned from a 13-day trip to India where he was recruiting students for the Master of Digital Sciences program.

Director Walker's first trip to India was quite busy. He visited four states (TN, AP, UP, and Delhi), and he visited six cities -- Chennai, Hyderabad, Warangal, Vijayawada, Delhi, and Greater Noida. He went to three education fairs, and he also visited the KSU India Liaison Office and met with several partner recruiters.

He gave a seminar on enterprise architecture in the Master of Digital Sciences program at five colleges:

  • Sri Sai Ram Engineering College
  • Jayamukhi Institute of Technology Sciences (JITS)
  • Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science (KITSW)
  • Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT)
  • Dehradun Institute of Technology (DIT)

On his one free day he visited Agra to see the Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. During his travels Director Walker met many wonderful people, ate great food, and had a very enjoyable trip. He's already planning his next trip to India!
