Human Resources Announces Changes to New Hire Orientation
As part of a larger revamp of the orientation and onboarding process, Human Resources is pleased to announce the restructuring of New Hire Orientation. Highlights include a new hybrid model, a shift to afternoon sessions and breaking the traditional one-day session into two separate days. The Strategic Hiring Committee (SHC) along with the corresponding strategic hiring process is the university's universal approach to position control and financial oversight. The committee reviews requests to fill open positions via the Position Control Form.
