Kent State University receives numerous requests from third parties seeking verification of employment and salary history for current and former employees. In order to make the employment verification process more secure and improve workflow, Kent State University has contracted with uConfirm, a leading national provider of employment verification solutions that helps to speed up the verification process for our employees and verifiers.
Effectively immediately, if your location receives a request to verify employment or salary history for a current or former Kent State University employee, please refer to the steps below to complete the verification process.
To Obtain Proof of Employment or Salary Information

Are you buying a home? Applying for a loan? Renting an apartment or purchasing a car? Car dealers, landlords, lenders and others who need proof of your employment and income will use uConfirm's online service to complete the verification process.
