Free Online Meditation Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.

Feeling stressed from all the recent adjustments you’ve had to make this semester? Is news about the coronavirus pandemic leaving you anxious?

Through May 28, Kent State of Wellness – the university’s healthy campus initiative – is hosting free, facilitated online meditation sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. Thirty-minute sessions are open to all members of the Kent State community and their families and friends.

Studies show that meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, and can help alleviate depression, improve cognition and reduce distractions, among other things.

You can join the online Zoom Meditation Meeting by using meeting ID: 440 404 180. You can also download and import a weekly iCalendar file to your system.
