Your IMPACT Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is Here for You

The Employee Wellness Office will host the March 18 Take a Tour of IMPACT webinar from 9 - 10 a.m. We strongly encourage all full- and part-time faculty and staff to take part in this very important webinar to fully understand the depth and breadth of resources afforded to you, and your family, as part of your employee assistance work/life program. Get more details and register for the webinar.

Also, due to the increased need for information and resources related to the Coronavirus, your IMPACT EAP has created a Coronavirus Information Guide. Please take a few moments to read through the guide, share with co-workers, colleagues, friends and family. In addition, and to keep you up to date, we encourage you to view the information that is currently posted on the IMPACT website under "News Alert." The "News Alert" is constantly updated with news and information that can be used to raise awareness of the illness, promote safety practices to help maintain one's health, and ease any growing fears that can impact your day-to-day-lives and the lives of those you care about.

IMPACT services are available to all full- and part-time faculty/staff, spouse/partner, dependent children who reside in or outside of the home, parents and parents-in-law. The resources afforded to you as a Kent State employee are also extended to these eligible dependents. Find a quick overview of available services.

Lastly, IMPACT is encouraging use of the online counseling services (video, web and chat) in place of in person services. Online counseling appointments are typically scheduled within 24 – 48 hours as well. To reach IMPACT, available 24/7, please call 1-800-227-6007, or visit the website at myimpactsolution.com, username is KENT.

The Employee Wellness Office remains open and available to you to assist and support your well-being. Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions at 330-672-7505, or wellness@kent.edu.
