The Division of Human Resources assists departments in attracting, motivating, developing and retaining talented individuals in a positive, diverse, healthy and safe work environment. Particular emphasis is placed on maximizing employee communications throughout the multi-campus system, enhancing the workplace climate and implementing technology solutions that streamline and improve the delivery of services.
The annual performance review process creates a healthy feedback culture and encourages communication between the employee and supervisor. This process is integral to evaluating past goals, establishing new goals, and serves as a basis for professional development planning. Evaluations for classified and unclassified employees will be open from Apr. 3 through Jun. 16, 2023

The Strategic Hiring Committee (SHC) along with the corresponding strategic hiring process is the university's universal approach to position control and financial oversight. The committee reviews requests to fill open positions via the Position Control Form.
