One big change from Lynda to LinkedIn Learning (LiL) is that people can no longer share playlists that they have created unless they are a sub-admin of the system and created it under Collections. They can still share individual videos, but they will need to be made sub-admin in order to share a playlist (now known as Collections).
Here is how to create a collection, once you have admin permissions:
- Sign in to LiL and click on “Go to Admin” on the upper right
- Click on “Content” in the menu at the top of the screen
- Click on “Collections” just below the top menu
- Click on “Create new”
- Once you have created your collection and added the videos, you can click on ellipses (More actions) and recommend or get a shareable link.
